We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal through our secure merchant gateway. 

What shipping method do you use? 

Orders are shipped via the best method available depending on the weight, value, contents, and delivery location. The Shipping Methods include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Media Mail, UPS Mail Innovations and/or UPS/Fedex Ground.

Do I need to pay Sales Tax?

You must pay sales tax of 8.517% if you ship to Oklahoma residence. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally or outside of the United States. 

What is your return policy?

All Sales are final. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. educationalsoftwaredepot.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement. 

Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, we will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, educationalsoftwaredepot.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
